7. Promotional Codes & Discounts Promo codes, discounts, and special offers must be used within the valid period, cannot be combined unless stated otherwise, cannot be applied to past purchases, and are subject to change or cancellation without notice.
8. Order Modifications Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that modifications — such as address changes, product changes, or cancellations — will be accepted. We will attempt to assist, but changes depend on the order's processing status.
9. Shipping and Delivery Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Cybi is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
