WARRANTY & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Cybi, every piece is crafted with genuine, high-quality materials and carefully inspected before shipping. We stand behind the quality and authenticity of everything we sell.

1. Our Quality Guarantee We guarantee that all Cybi jewelry is made with authentic materials as described:

  • Sterling Silver pieces are genuine silver
  • Semi-fine jewelry is 18K gold-plated or rhodium-plated over high-quality base metals

Every item leaves our hands in perfect condition, fully inspected and verified. However, jewelry is a delicate art form — thin chains, stones, and intricate designs require proper care. We cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or improper handling after delivery.

2. Warranty Coverage Our limited warranty applies only to items that arrive broken, damaged, or defective due to a manufacturing or shipping issue. The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage (drops, pulls, bending)
  • Misuse or improper handling
  • Exposure to chemicals, water, or extreme conditions
  • Loss or theft
  • Damage caused after delivery

3. Warranty Period Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. Requests after this period will not be eligible. We strongly recommend inspecting your order immediately upon receipt.

4. How to Claim Contact support@cybi.com within 48 hours of delivery confirmation with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
  • short video showing the defect — many jewelry issues are not visible in photos alone and a video helps us evaluate your claim accurately and quickly

Claims submitted without both photo and video documentation may not be eligible for review. If approved, Cybi will send a replacement at no additional cost. If the item is no longer available, the customer may exchange for another item of equal value or receive a store credit for future use. No refunds will be issued.

We evaluate all claims on a case-by-case basis. If you have concerns outside this window, contact us at support@cybi.com and we will do our best to help.

4a. Processing Time Our team will review your case and respond within 3 business days after receiving the required evidence (video and photos).

5. Non-Eligible Cases The following cases are not eligible for warranty claims, replacements, or store credit:

  • Natural wear and tear
  • Oxidation due to improper care
  • Damage caused after using the product
  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • Package marked as "Delivered" by the carrier (lost or stolen packages)

Note: Change of mind or ordering the wrong item may be eligible for an exchange (not a refund) under Section 6, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

6. Exchanges We accept exchanges for items that are unused, unworn, and in original condition with original packaging, requested within 7 days of delivery. To request an exchange, email support@cybi.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Exchanges are subject to availability.

7. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, no refund or store credit will be issued. If the package is returned to us, the customer must pay for reshipping.

8. Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of any used or worn items. All jewelry sales are final except as covered under our warranty and exchange policy above.

10. Limitation of Liability Cybi's liability is strictly limited to replacing items that arrive damaged or defective. We are not responsible for damages occurring after delivery or any indirect losses.

11. Important Notes

  • Inspect your order immediately upon delivery
  • Handle all jewelry with care — delicate pieces such as thin chains and stone settings require gentle handling
  • Cybi reserves the right to evaluate all claims and determine eligibility
