Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.After shipping, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days for Standard and 5–8 business days for Economy.
Shipping Rates All orders ship from Weston, Florida. Rates are calculated based on order weight and total:
- Free Economy or Standard Shipping — orders over $100
- Economy $4.90 — orders up to 5 lbs
- Economy $9.90 — orders between 5–70 lbs
- Standard $6.90 — orders up to 1 lb
- Standard $9.90 — orders between 1–5 lbs
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
Shipping Delays Cybi is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Contact us at support@cybi.com if you experience a significant delay.
Lost or Stolen Packages Cybi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please contact your carrier first, then reach out to us at support@cybi.com.
